From Banca Vonwiller to Banque Morval:

1819

Banca Vonwiller is created in Milan by Nicolas Vonwiller, a Swiss merchant from Bern.

1954

The Zanon di Valgiurata family becomes a shareholder.

1967

Morgan Guaranty Trust becomes a major investor and the bank changes its name to Banca Morgan Vonwiller.

1974

The Zanon di Valgiurata family creates Morval, an asset management company based in Switzerland.

1989

Having obtained FINMA approval to operate as a securities dealer, Morval receives its banking license and adopts the name by which it is known today, Banque Morval.
